Info about the wine

Grown at 540-600m on quartz phyllite weathered soils with south-southeast exposure.

Info about the expansion

Fermented spontaneously on the skins in stainless steel. Aged in used barrique.

Bright, translucent purple with delicate cedar lightening towards the rim.

The 2016 Pinot Noir exudes a spicy and original fragrance. The fine Burgundy nose, reminiscent of wild raspberries, sour cherry, forest leaves and truffles, is given wings by floral notes with the necessary oxygen contact. A wine that does not reveal itself right away, but shows elegant and Burgundian restraint. It arouses curiosity and one wants to taste it immediately.

Fine fruit bundles with pleasant spice and a stimulating acidity. Its tannin structure seems delicate and spreads over the tongue in an extremely stimulating way. Iodine and distinctive impressions further increase the tension of this still youthful Pinot with the moderate alcohol of 12.5 Vol%. The bottle empties faster than you can look, promised!
