Color
Muted cherry red with delicate violet reflections.
Nose
The 2018 Pinot Noir from Meinklang conveys charm and freshness at the same time. Its scent of sour cherries, plums and wild raspberries is paired with plenty of floral fragrance, reminiscent of roses, violets and elderflower. Hints of earth, cedar, cinnamon and nutmeg round out this flatterer very nicely. The liveliness of Meinklang wines is also omnipresent in it.
Palate
Fresh and equipped with a delicate astringency, it elegantly provokes the senses. Not only by the low alcohol this drop appears light-footed and invigorating, but above all its clear orientation and precise acidity and tannin structure. Never filling, one can combine him with pleasure with a little more substantial kitchen.
