Color/Look
Elegant delicate mother-of-pearl with subtle golden highlights; broad, lively mousseux.
Nose
On the nose, the Blanc de Noir by Andres & Mugler shows with bright nutty notes and fine fruit reminiscent of bright red berries, grapefruit, apple and ripe pear. Fluffy and airy, like a freshly baked yeast plait, which joins with fine sweetish notes and give it special charm.
Palate
On the palate it grabs and convinces with great spice and power, the carbonic acid acts concisely and demands pleasantly, fine phenolic in the reverberation stimulates the appetite even more. A wonderful aperitif with a striking charisma, which can also be combined very well with food. Andres & Mugler simply masters the great art of producing vintner sparkling wine.
