Color
Light mother-of-pearl, delicate rosé colouring.
Nose
Bright red berries, herbs, a touch of walnut, apple and apple skin underpinned by cool and stony notes. A breath pepper makes already in the nose appetite for the first sip.
Palate
On the tongue, the 2020 Blanc de Noir from Michael Andres offers juicy fruit, freshness and fine phenolic, which gives it a special charm. A wonderful food companion, which skilfully forms the bridge between white and red wine and thus also harmonises excellently with the most diverse dishes.
