Info about the wine
Matured mainly in steel tanks.
Color
Sparkling golden yellow with delicate green reflections.
Nose
The 2021 Pinot Blanc beguiles on the nose with yellow, juicy fruit of apricots, vineyard peach and lemon peel as well as pineapple and honeydew melon. Hints of almonds, aniseed and a hint of ginger join in after a longer opening. An extremely animating, lively fragrance that tempts you to take your first sip as soon as you smell it.
Palate
On the tongue, it beguiles with freshness, fine creaminess and delicate spiciness in the finish. Perfect to drink already in its youthful stage, also because of the moderate alcohol of only 12 Vol%. A wide variety of dishes go happily together with it, a real all-rounder.
