Color
Bright orange with salmon red reflections, effervescent and medium perlage.
Nose
The nose of the 2018 Mirgin Rosé Brut Nature appears shy and reserved at first. Currants, elderberries and raspberries take shape in a delicate form. Elderflowers and a little rooibos make a more confident appearance. On the floral side, it becomes increasingly intense. Very slowly, a note of fresh almonds spreads. Orange and grapefruit peel add a tangy freshness. Lemon thyme flashes up briefly at the end.
Palate
From the first sip, it presents itself in a slender, taut guise. The mousseux briefly piles up against it and brings creaminess into play. The crisp, but well-measured acidity breaks through this brief resistance with a clicking tongue. It starts with a precise, mineral appearance. The fruit now plays a more important role. Never loud, but always present in the background. Animating and slender on the palate. In the aftertaste, white flowers are welcome.
