Nose
The nose of this young Pét-Nat from Alta Alella still shows traces of fermentation. The yeast shows itself fresh and vital. Almond and acacia blossoms stand next to jasmine and orchids in the glass. Fresh almonds provide a Mediterranean touch. Yellow apples, freshly cut pear and a hint of lychee provide an inviting fruit. Lemon balm and thyme bring a little herbal spice into play. Everything seems playful and light-footed.
Palate
On the palate, it seamlessly continues the impressions of the nose. Almost dance-like seduces the palate. Always on the slender, light side and with plenty of drinking animation. The foaming mousseux briefly provides a haptic spectacle with a little melting. Shortly afterwards, the acidity kicks in and pushes forward properly. It promptly returns to finesse and elegance. The floral aromas as well as the bright fruits also regain their well-deserved presence. Juicy and slender.
