Alquimia is a special wine that smells of salted almonds, oranges, sea breeze, dry biscuits, oranges, orange zest and mussels. Concise, cool and animating, it floats out of the glass.
On the tongue, it is dry with a stimulating, invigorating structure. Saltiness and spiciness determine its animating character, which harmonises perfectly with southern dishes with juicy vegetables and distinct spiciness.
