Sparkling golden yellow, strong reflections
Nose
At the beginning, the olive oil from the Picual variety has pleasantly grassy and intensely vegetal aromas. The grass seems damp and freshly mown. From the vegetable box fennel, a little artichoke and fully ripe tomato bushes open up loudly. The green of the tomatoes activates the feeling of summer in each of us. Nuances of basil and oregano successfully round off the nose with ethereal notes.
Palate
In the usual manner of southern Spanish olive oils, this representative from Valencia is also wonderfully mild and balanced. The intensity of the oil is high and the taste is fully concentrated. On the palate, it is generously expansive and provided with a light melt. The aromas of the nose are confirmed especially in the aftertaste. The sharpness is to be classified low and bitter substances show up only very discreetly.
