Hello wine lover,
Muthenthaler's wines have this earthy, mysterious and deep touch that reminds our author Jonathan Gobbi most of alchemical rituals. Formally, we are in the Wachau. In fact, however, we are here at its outermost edge, far from the moderating influences of the Danube and the baroque stylistics of our fellow winemakers there.

This is great Sunday reading material that I've been looking forward to for a long time.
Illustrated with drawings by the Wachau artist Marcus Körner. To read in the Wine Journal.

Have a nice Sunday!
